Monitor critical process parameters throughout manufacturing.
Review process capability and SPC trends.
Conduct process validation and first-off inspections.
Analyze defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare inspection standards and quality alerts.
Participate in FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with Production for process improvements.
Investigate customer complaints related to process variation.
Verify compliance with IS, IEC, ASTM, BS or customer specifications.
Maintain process quality documentation.
Support current product development and qualification.
Drive continuous improvement projects for Cables & Conductors manufacturing
