Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Business Analyst
with robust domain expertise in
Financial Markets / Capital Markets
. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project management teams to analyze business requirements, define solutions, and support delivery across financial market applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with development, testing, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and impact analysis.
Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, use cases, and business workflows.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage activities.




Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Participate in change management and release planning activities.

Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Robust domain knowledge in
Financial Markets / Capital Markets
.
Experience in one or more areas such as:
Equities
Fixed Income
Derivatives
Trade Lifecycle
Securities Processing
Settlements & Clearing
Market Operations
Risk & Regulatory Reporting
Excellent requirement elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
NCFM/NISM certification or equiv
