We are looking for a customer support executive to handle customer enquiries.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and what's app.
Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up with them to obtain orders.
Maintain customer records and update follow-up details.
understand customer requirement and Provide appropriate support.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Knowledge of MS word and MS Excel and email communication.
Positive follow-up coordination skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
