Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Distribution to drive business growth through DSAs, Connectors, ACDs, and other channel partners. The role will focus on achieving disbursement and revenue targets, expanding the distribution network, and improving partner productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Distribution & Business Growth
Develop and execute distribution strategies across DSAs, Connectors, and ACDs.
Drive disbursement, revenue, sourcing, and productivity targets.
Identify recent markets and opportunities for channel-led growth.
Channel Partner Management
Identify, onboard, train, activate, and manage distribution partners.
Build strong relationships with DSAs, Connectors, and ACDs.
Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions.
Team Management
Lead the Distribution Team and drive individual and team productivity.
Set targets,



conduct regular reviews, and support team development.
Business Monitoring & Analytics
Monitor lead flow, login-to-disbursal conversion, ticket size, yield, and portfolio quality.
Develop MIS and dashboards to track performance and identify funnel leakages.
Drive continuous improvement in channel productivity.
Market Expansion & Collaboration
Drive geographic expansion and partner mapping.
Execute channel partner activation campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on digital leads, referrals, and remarketing campaigns.

Key Qualifications
Graduate/MBA in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Distribution, Channel Sales, DSA Management, or Business Development, preferably in NBFC/Banking.
Robust experience in managing DSAs, Connectors, and channel partners.
Proven track record of achieving business and disbursement targets.
