Job Description – Store Incharge

Position: Store Incharge – HT/LT Panels & HT Capacitor Banks

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete store operations including inward, outward, stock and material issuance.
Valuable knowledge of HT/LT Panels and HT Capacitor Banks and their components.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements.
Coordinate with vendors/parties for material availability, specifications, rates and delivery.
Follow up for timely material procurement and pending supplies.
Manage dispatch of panels/materials, including transporter coordination, loading and dispatch documentation.
Maintain proper stock, PO and dispatch records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Projects and Accounts teams.




Handle urgent material requirements and dispatches as needed.
Candidate should be flexible with working hours and available for urgent/late dispatches when required.

Required Experience
2–5 years experience in electrical/panel manufacturing, store or purchase coordination.
Valuable knowledge of HT/LT Panels & HT Capacitor Banks.
Valuable communication, coordination and MS Excel skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
