Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls within the US Healthcare process.
Perform insurance verification and advantages investigation.
Manage patient enrollment and support services.
Process patient applications and eligibility verification.
Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and specialty pharmacies.
Support patient care and reimbursement programs.
Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
What We Are Looking For
2 to 4 years of experience in a US Healthcare Voice Process.
Experience handling inbound healthcare calls.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and applications.
