Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow business across Surat and key industrial areas of South Gujarat.
Build solid relationships with customers in Steel, Cement, Mining, Construction, OEMs, Power, Textiles, Chemicals, and other manufacturing industries.
Promote industrial products including Bearings, Couplings, Gearboxes, Lubrication Systems, Automatic Lubrication Solutions, and other power transmission products.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert opportunities into business.
Identify shutdown, maintenance, replacement, and project opportunities.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth execution.
Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Travel extensively across Surat and South Gujarat as required.

What We're Looking For




2– 5 years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably in Surat/South Gujarat.
Experience selling engineering products, MRO products, bearings, gearboxes, lubrication systems, industrial automation, or similar products.
Strong customer network in Surat and surrounding industrial areas.
Positive understanding of manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Willingness to travel extensively across South Gujarat.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
