Key Responsibilities
Develop recent business prospects with industrial, warehouse, data centre, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, commercial and institutional customers.
Generate leads through customer visits, consultants, contractors, EPC companies and industry networking.
Understand project requirements, drawings, BOQs, specifications and tender documents.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation and engineering teams.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercially and support order closure.
Develop relationships with end users, consultants, MEP contractors, EPC contractors and system integrators.
