Education : B.E/B.Tech (Electronics)

Experience : 4 to 5 Years of Experience in sales of Electronics components in Automotive segment

n

Key activities :

Understand the Automotive market opportunity for TDK products and identify the gaps in present business.
n
Approach current and existing customers in Automotive area for increasing business by competitive and fit for purpose offers.
n
Meeting customers, EMS, Distributors and making need-based presentations on techno-commercial matters.
n
Engaging in deep technical discussions with Customer's R & D and Corresponding development department of TDK.
n
Preparing Technical and commercial offers and submitting to the Customers, negotiation and order closure.
n
Executing the order, end to end ( with support of Finance & Service teams) right from order punching to post order complaint resolution.
n

7 Demand Planning, Sales forecasting, Budgeting, Reviewing self performance and course correction are an integral part of the function.

n




Maintaining and continuously updating the database of Customers & their products & application, requirement, turnover and key decision makers.

n
Achieve Design wins at existing and recent Customers for existing / current applications.

n
Developing long-term relationships with Customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.

n
Keeping abrest about industry news, trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about existing, and emerging technologies etc.

n
Co-ordinating with the Product Marketing & R & D department teams, and keep oneself updated with latest developments on product, production, process possibilities to offer against market opportunities.

Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained & report the aspects leading to customer dissatisfaction ( if any )

n
Handling customer complaints if any in a timely and effective manner
