Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our retail jewellery outlet in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
n
Explain product features, designs, quality, making charges, pricing, and offers.
n
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
n




Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
n
Maintain valuable knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
n
Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery in the showroom.
n
Handle jewellery carefully and follow all security and store procedures.
n
Support billing, stock checking, and other showroom activities when required.
n
Build solid relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
n
Maintain a high standard of customer service and showroom discipline.
n
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
