Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads through consultants, contractors, and end customers.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Promote water-cooled and air-cooled chiller solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Manage tender submissions and bid participation.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with application, engineering, and project teams.
Ensure timely order execution and project delivery.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
Develop consultant and channel partner networks.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.




Support after-sales coordination and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely payment collections and account management.
Drive business growth across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and central air-conditioning.
Understanding of psychrometrics, refrigeration principles, and cooling load concepts.
Strong technical sales and consultative selling skills.
Negotiation and presentation abilities.
Customer relationship management.
Commercial acumen.
Ability to read HVAC drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
