Job Description

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our recruitment team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, and communication.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Work on US time zones as required.

Requirements
6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of US IT hiring and recruitment processes.
Familiarity with technologies, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
