About the Role

Kyra Photon is looking for a energetic, driven and highly proactive Business Development Manager to identify, develop and convert business opportunities across the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar sector.

This is a field-oriented, result-driven position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with prospective customers, understand their energy requirements, identify viable solar prospects and take ownership of opportunities from the first conversation through commercial closure.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting business owners, plant heads, facility managers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers and representing Kyra Photon professionally in the market.

we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive recent business opportunities while leading and strengthening our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop, ground-mounted and other C&I; solar projects.
Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, industry events and market research.
Conduct regular in-person customer meetings and site visits.
Understand customers' electricity consumption, operational requirements, available space and investment preferences.
Present Kyra Photon's capabilities, engineering strengths, project portfolio and commercial offerings effectively.
Understand and communicate different solar business models including CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO and PPA-based solutions.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and commercial teams for feasibility studies, proposals and quotations.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and drive opportunities towards closure.
