What you'll do:

Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through email, phone, live chat and social media

Liaise efficiently with our team in Varanasi and work with our internal systems to process and fulfil orders

Resolve any dispatch related issues or customer requests with patience
n
Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience
