Preferred Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Vedic Studies, Sanskrit, or traditional Gurukul education from a recognized institution.
Expertise:
Deep mastery of Vedic rituals, conducting Havans, Pujas, Dosh Nivaran, and Shuddhi Karan rituals, with the ability to articulate Vedic philosophy clearly in English.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a practicing Acharya/Pandit, with prior experience catering to HNIs, high-profile families, or luxury retreat environments.
Location & Lifestyle:
Full time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

Rituals & Havans:
Lead daily and specialized sacred rituals including Havans, Pujas, Dosh Nivaran, and atmospheric Shuddhi Karan ceremonies within the sanctuary.
Vedic Discourse:
Explain the philosophical meaning, scientific value, and spiritual significance of Vedic rituals fluently in English to global guests and HNWIs.
Personalized Spiritual Consultations:
Conduct 1-on-1 guidance sessions for guests seeking spiritual clarity, inner alignment, or ritual purification.
Sacred Space Management:
Oversee the maintenance, purity, and sacred ambiance of the Yagya Shala, Dev Maha Sabha, and ritual altars.
Sanctuary Integration:
Collaborate with the clinical and quantum healing teams t
