We're looking for experienced L2 and L3 Network Engineers with robust hands-on expertise across enterprise networking, datacenter technologies, SD-WAN, wireless, network access control, and security.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Manage complex incidents, troubleshooting, and day-to-day network operations across a large enterprise/datacenter estate.
n
Support enterprise routing and switching, SD-WAN, datacenter fabric, wireless, and NAC platforms.
n
Support 24x7 operational support and escalations, driving solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
n
Maintain excellent communication and documentation for BRM & client excellence.
n

n

Required Skills:

n

n
Routing & Switching: VLAN, STP/RSTP, VTP, ACL, HSRP/VRRP, Port-Channel, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc.
n
SD-WAN: Cisco Viptela (preferred), Silver Peak/Aruba Edge Connect.
n
Datacenter: Cisco ACI (preferred),



Nexus Switches, VXLAN/EVPN, Spine-Leaf Architecture.
n
NAC: FortiNAC (preferred), ISE deployment, policy management, and compliance monitoring.
n
Wireless: Cisco WLC, Cisco Wireless, Aruba Wireless (preferred).
n
F5 Load Balancer.
n
Network Security: Firewall, segmentation, VPN, AAA, ACLs, security best practices.
n
ITIL/ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change Management (ITIL-based environments).
n

Nice to Have:

Firewall knowledge – Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point.

AWS/Azure Networking.
n
ServiceNow, iTop.
n
SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, PRTG.
n
VMware and virtualisation concepts.
n
Automation and scripting: Python, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, network automation tools.
n
Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise/Data Center, CCIE Enterprise/Data Center, Cisco ACI, ITIL Foundation.
