About the Company

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating recent business, identifying potential clients, promoting recruitment and HR solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

The candidate should have strong communication, sales, lead-generation, and negotiation skills, with a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and networking.
Identify potential corporate clients requiring recruitment and manpower solutions.
Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Heads, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.
Schedule client meetings and business presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.




Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Negotiate commercials and close recruitment mandates.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop repeat business.
Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM.
Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
