Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and registered members.
Handle inbound calls and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
Understand customers' matrimonial preferences, expectations, and requirements.
Explain matrimonial services, membership plans, packages, and features.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
Maintain robust customer relationships through skilled and courteous communication.
Assist customers with profile registration, verification, and relevant matrimonial services.
Generate leads and achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the profile/relationship management team when required.
Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and matrimonial profile information.

Requirements
