Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer – Data Analytics to lead the organization’s analytics strategy and enable data driven decision making across the enterprise.

n

This role will drive advanced analytics and BI initiatives, partner with business and IT leaders, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Define and execute the enterprise data analytics and BI strategy
n
Lead and develop a team of data analysts and BI developers
n
Oversee dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics solutions
n
Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools
n
Partner with IT on data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platforms
n
Establish data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks
n
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver business impact
n




Manage analytics budget, tools, and vendor relationships
n

Required Qualifications:

n

n
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
n
Master’s degree (MBA / MS in Analytics) preferred
n

n

n

Experience & Skills:

n

n
10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data management
n
5+ years in a leadership or senior management role
n
Robust experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
n
Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modelling.
n
Proficiency in SQL and cloud/on prem data platforms
n
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
n
