Job Title: RTO Coordinator (Thanjavur TVS)

The RTO Coordinator handles vehicle registration, RTO documentation, and customer follow-up to ensure all registration processes are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit vehicle registration (RC) documents.
Coordinate with the RTO office for vehicle registration and number plate processing.
Handle temporary and permanent vehicle registration.
Verify customer documents (ID proof, address proof, etc.).
Follow up with customers for pending documents.
Update registration status in the system and Excel.
Ensure timely delivery of the RC and number plate.
Maintain records of all registered vehicles.

Qualification
Any Degree.
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience.

Skills Required
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Basic knowledge of DMS/RTO online systems.
Positive communication skills.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
