Job Summary

Agelix Consulting Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Proposal Writer cum Pre-Sales Business Development Manager with mandatory experience in US Federal Government proposals and bidding processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling US Federal Government RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and contract bidding prospects. The candidate must possess strong proposal writing, pre-sales, and business development skills along with excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, write, edit, and manage high-quality proposals for US Federal Government opportunities.
Handle end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, and other solicitation documents.
Review government requirements and ensure complete proposal compliance.
Coordinate with internal technical teams, SMEs, and management for proposal inputs.




Develop compelling executive summaries, technical write-ups, capability statements, and value propositions.
Support pre-sales and business development activities for US Federal prospects.
Conduct market research on government agencies, competitors, and upcoming bids.
Maintain proposal templates, repositories, and supporting documentation.
Ensure timely submission of proposals within strict deadlines.
Build and maintain robust communication with clients and partners during the bidding process.
Identify new business opportunities in the US Federal Government sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of mandatory experience in US Federal Government proposal writing and bidding.
Strong understanding of US Federal procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Experience in handling RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and government bid management.
