Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA candidate with 6 months and above experience to join our organization as a Management Trainee.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior management and different departments to gain practical exposure to business operations, management, planning, reporting and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist seniors in day-to-day business activities.
Coordinate with HR, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Production, Planning, Stores and Operations.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations and management reports.
Collect and analyze operational data.
Follow up with departments on assigned activities and action points.
Coordinate inter-departmental activities.
Maintain proper reports and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:
MBA / PGDM - Any Specialization.




6 months and above of work experience preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to work across different departments at office.
Must own a two-wheeler.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license .
Willingness to travel locally for company-related work when required.
Candidates from Chikodi and nearby areas will be preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:
MBA / PGDM qualification.
6 months & above experience preferred.
Own two-wheeler.
