Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our team working on SBL (Small Business Lending) / Commercial Lending solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, microservices, system design, and cloud technologies. Prior experience in SBL / Commercial Lending is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work on SBL / Commercial Lending applications and business workflows.
Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
Design and implement highly available and scalable backend services.
Troubleshoot application issues and perform performance optimization.
Work with AWS services for application deployment and cloud infrastructure.




Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and production support activities.

Mandatory Skills
59 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java.
Solid experience with Spring Boot.
Valuable understanding of System Design and software architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong experience in developing REST APIs / Microservices.
Prior experience in SBL / Small Business Lending / Commercial Lending is added advantage
