Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
with solid expertise in
Rapid Formula, Oracle HCM integrations, SQL/PLSQL, and HCM technical solutions
.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on
Fast Formula development and complex HR business rules
. The role will involve working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Technical
Design, develop, and support technical solutions in
Oracle HCM Cloud
.
Work across Oracle HCM modules including
Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent
, and related modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




Develop technical specifications, solution designs, and integration documents.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.

Fast Formula Development
Develop, customize, and maintain
Oracle HCM Fast Formulas
based on business requirements.
Create complex Quick Formulas for:
Payroll calculations
Absence and leave eligibility
Compensation
Benefits
Validation and defaulting rules
Eligibility profiles
Assignment and employee-related business rules
Debug and troubleshoot Fast Formula errors and calculation issues.
Optimize existing formulas for performance and maintainability.
Work with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate Quick Formula logic.
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT for Fast Formula changes.

Oracle HCM Integrations
Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
