Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer who can handle projects from concept development through execution, while maintaining high standards of design, functionality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed layouts.
Create 3D models, renders, mood boards, and presentation drawings.
Develop furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, lighting plans, material selections, and interior detailing.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.




Conduct regular site visits and ensure designs are executed as approved.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity requirements when required.
Ensure accuracy in dimensions, drawings, materials, and design details.
Manage multiple projects and meet project timelines.
Suggest innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
Keep up with current trends in architecture, interiors, materials, and finishes.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit and rendering software is preferred.
Working knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar tools is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of architectural and interior construction.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Robust attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
