Role & responsibilities
Underwriting & Deal Structuring: Evaluate and sanction SME working capital proposals, including CC, OD, BG & LC.
Financial & Risk Analysis: Analyze financials, cash flows, banking behavior, business models, promoters & industry risks.
Client Assessment: Conduct site visits and management discussions to validate business operations.
Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio quality, early warning signals, NPAs and bounce rates.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Legal and Valuation teams for smooth processing.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure credit policy adherence, PDD completion and closure of audit queries.
