We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can be the voice of Rotoris for our customers and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of our brand.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, email and other support channels.
n
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, warranties and product-related queries.
n
Provide quick, transparent and polite resolutions while maintaining a premium customer experience.
n
Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve customer concerns.
n
Track customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.
n




Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
n
Handle escalations professionally and ensure customers feel heard and valued.
n
Support customers with product information, usage and basic troubleshooting.
n
Maintain Rotoris' tone of voice and service standards across every customer interaction.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience or a similar role.
n
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
n
Strong written and verbal communication.
n
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
n
Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
n
Ability to manage multiple queries and priorities efficiently.
n
Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email, CRM/helpdesk tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
n
Solid attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
n
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle or premium/luxury brands will be a plus.
