Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate leads through school visits, telecalling, references, events, seminars, campaigns, and other relevant channels.
Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Student & Parent Counselling
Understand students' academic goals and career aspirations related to NEET/JEE.
Communicate course details, academic advantages, fee structure, scholarships, and other offerings effectively.
Address parent/student queries and guide them towards suitable programmes.
School & Institutional Tie-ups for SIP (Student Integrated Programme)
Develop relationships with schools, educational institutions, and relevant organisations.
Coordinate school seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops, and promotional activities.
Identify opportunities for institutional partnerships to generate quality leads.
Admission & Revenue Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets assigned by management.




Work towards achieving the centre's revenue targets through effective lead conversion.
Track the complete admission cycle, from enquiry generation to enrolment.
Market Development
Identify recent markets, schools, student segments, and business prospects.
Monitor competitor activities, course offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Provide regular market feedback to the management team.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling, and admissions in the CRM/MIS.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Ensure that no prospective lead is left unattended or without timely follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile
Prior experience in sales/business development, education counselling, admissions, or the coaching/education sector will be preferred.
Solid communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
