Job Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday Core HCM.
n
Manage Business Processes, Security, Organizations, and Staffing.
n
Create Calculated Fields, Reports, and Dashboards.
n
Support implementation, enhancements, testing, and production issues.
n
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
n

Must-Have Skills

n

n
5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
n
Robust expertise in Workday Core HCM.
n
Experience in Business Process Configuration and Security.
n




Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and EIB.
n
Experience in testing, data migration, and production support.
n
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
Experience in Compensation, Absence, Advantages, Payroll, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
n
Workday HCM Certification.
n
Exposure to Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or PECI.
n
