Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and talent expectations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, qualified networks, referrals, and other talent channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against the role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiations, and offer closures.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular recruitment dashboards and status reports to stakeholders.
