Location: Bangalore – MIT Office

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can switch seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day tactical execution. Candidate will analyse current systems to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless execution of workflows and delivery.
Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans with transparent KPIs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Identify opportunities to scale operations and implement recent technologies or systems to support growth.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
Analyze current operational processes and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies.
Design and implement policies, procedures, and best practices (SOPs) to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of current processes across departments.




Team Management & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team
Conduct performance reviews, set individual goals, and provide coaching to support professional development.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages cross-departmental communication.

Requirements
Experience: 5 to 7 Years proven experience in an operations management.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Telecom domain
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operational software and tools ERP systems Project Management tools like Jira, Jenkins, ELK stack, SQL server, remedy and Advanced Excel
