We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and grow the sales of cattle feed / Pashu Aahar products across assigned districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage dealers, distributors, retailers and feed sellers.
Expand the company's cattle feed market in assigned districts.
Conduct regular market visits and develop current customers.
Maintain robust relationships with dealers and distributors.
Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
Manage sales collections and market payments.
Guide and monitor the field sales team.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience specifically in Cattle Feed / Pashu Aahar sales.
Strong knowledge of the cattle feed market in Uttar Pradesh.
Existing dealer/distributor network will be preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts.
Graduate preferred.
Location: Multiple Districts across Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month + Incentives
Pay: ₹16,066.70 - ₹58,218.59 per month
