We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive Trainee to join our Financial Accounting team. You should have a thorough understanding of the basics of Financial Accounting, Accounting Standards, Taxation & Compliance Requirements in addition to a sound knowledge of a standard accounting software like Tally Prime.

nAs an Accounts Executive Trainee, you will be assisting with the routine Financial Accounting activities of the Accounts Department.

nResponsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records and transactions on Tally / Proprietary software.
n
Assist in the use of internal financial tools to generate reports and perform basic financial analysis.
n
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
n
Collaborate with the team to gather and organize financial information for reporting purposes. Essentially generating reports as and when requested by the Management
n
Provide support during audits and reviews by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with data verification.
n
Assist with basic tax-related tasks and handling tax filing and statutory compliance activities.
n




Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments to resolve accounting issues and address inquiries.

nSkills & Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
n
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
n
Excellent Proficiency in using a Standard Accounting Software like Tally is compulsory.
n
Excellent Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
n
Ability to work with internal financial tools and software.
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
n
Solid organizational and time management skills.
n
Positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Thorough knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
n
Relevant internships or prior work experience in accounting is beneficial.
n
Proficiency in GST, EPF, ESI and routine filing of reports is essential.
