Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor (OTL) Techno Functional Consultant with expertise in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Time and Labor Calculation Rules using Oracle Fast Formula.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time and Labor (OTL) solutions.
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Time Calculation Rules using Oracle Rapid Formula.
Develop complex Time Calculation Rules, Time Entry Rules, and Time Device Rules.
Develop Quick Formulas to support enterprise workforce policies including:
Overtime
Premiums
Shift Differentials
Meal Rules
Holiday Pay
Consecutive-Day Rules
Weekly/Daily Thresholds
Complex Time-Processing Requirements
Work with the Oracle Time and Labor processing framework.
Work with Rapid Formula contexts, arrays, time attributes, rule sets, and time categories.
Work with time card processing.
Support integrations with Payroll and Absence Management.
