nRequirements:

Proven experiencein telesales or telecalling (experience in healthcare or Insurance is preferred, but not mandatory).

Fluency in English, Kannada and/or Malayalam (fluency in both regional languages is highly ideal).

Basic knowledge of documentation and computer use (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Confident, persuasive telephone demeanor with a reliable home office setup (secure internet connection and a quiet workspace).
