Must Have

n

n
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and support engagements.
n
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
n
Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Workforce Structures, and Security.
n
Design and develop complex Rapid Formulas, Calculation Cards, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Flows.
n
Lead payroll processing, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and post-payroll activities.
n
Develop and support HDL/HSDL conversions and mass data migrations.
n




Design reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
n
Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, and File-Based Integrations.
n
Perform solution architecture reviews and provide best-practice recommendations.
n
Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
n
Mentor junior consultants and oversee offshore/onshore delivery teams.
n
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders globally
