Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with robust expertise MSP, in Mivan shuttering technology and high-rise residential projects, Industrial Project. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of project activities to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera, covering all construction phases.
Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules.
Implement planning strategies specific to Mivan technology for productive formwork cycles.
Track progress and prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and clients.
Identify delays, risks,



and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor cost and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Lead planning meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

612 years of experience in high-rise residential projects with at least 5+ years in Mivan shuttering technology.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and other project management tools.

Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
