Luxtur India is looking for an energetic, result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe business across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert current business opportunities across Kerala
Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders & Developers
Develop B2B/project sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Conduct client presentations, follow up quotations and close orders
Coordinate with design, estimation and production teams
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in the modular kitchen/wardrobe/interior industry
Solid network within the Kerala architecture & interior community
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial sales mindset
Willingness to travel across Kerala
