Job Summary




We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Tally Trainer to train students in Tally ERP/TallyPrime, accounting fundamentals, GST, inventory management, and payroll processing. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and industry -oriented training to help students develop accounting and bookkeeping skills.




Key Responsibilities




Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on TallyPrime/Tally ERP.


Teach accounting concepts, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.


Train students on GST, TDS, payroll, inventory management, and banking transactions.


Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.


Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance.


Conduct mock tests and practical exercises.


Assist students in project work and certification preparation.


Maintain attendance, training records, and performance reports.


Stay updated with the latest accounting and taxation regulations.


Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.






Certification in TallyPrime/Tally ERP preferred.


Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and accounting principles.


1 -3 years of experience in training or accounting (freshers with solid Tally skills may also apply).


Solid communication and presentation skills.


Skills Required




Expertise in TallyPrime/Tally ERP.


Accounting and taxation knowledge.


Training and mentoring skills.


MS Excel and basic computer proficiency.


Problem -solving and student engagement skills.


Preferred Experience




Experience in teaching students, vocational training, or accounting software training.


Knowledge of placement -oriented accounting practices.
