Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Partner. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of services, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs,



create value-driven strategies, and achieve client satisfaction. You will also assist clients in navigating challenges, providing consulting expertise, and identifying prospects for impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Account Management and Sales to build robust client relationships and drive business growth

Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to deliver tailored solutions and strategic insights

Proficiency in Project Management and ability to lead initiatives, ensuring optimal delivery and outcomes
n
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
n
Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with IT services and solutions in industry verticals such as Banking, Telecom, Media, and Retail is preferred
n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
