About the Role

We are looking for an Export Sales Executive / Manager to drive international sales for our manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for developing overseas markets, generating new business, managing international customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent international customers and distributors.
Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, databases, exhibitions, references and other channels.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Develop business across international markets and build long-term customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close deals.
Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Dispatch and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations, orders and payments.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

Candidate Profile
Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
Existing international customer/distributor network will be an advantage.
Experience in developing recent countries/markets.
Ability to lead and build an export sales team.
Strong understanding of pricing, margins and international market strategy.
