Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor turnaround/project schedules using Primavera P6 and identify critical paths.
Prepare material requirements, BOMs, estimates and material reconciliation.
Coordinate with BPCL Inspection & Maintenance teams and contractors.
Prepare scope of work, schedules, codification sheets and related documentation.
Monitor daily maintenance and repair activities and contractor progress.
Maintain job records and prepare daily progress reports.
Verify and identify materials at warehouse/storage locations.
Coordinate with contractors for timely execution of turnaround activities.
Obtain approval of schedules from the BPCL Engineer-in-Charge and monitor progress.
Perform other planning-related duties as instructed by the BPCL Engineer-in-Charge.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Preferred Candidate: Mechanical Engineer with robust Primavera P6 skills and proven Certificate. Experience in refinery/petrochemical turnaround, shutdown or project planning.
