Good communication skills in English
Kannada communication preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work in Day shift

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct Video KYC verification for banking customers.
Verify customer identity and required documents through video calls.
Follow banking KYC and company compliance guidelines.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and verification details.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of the VKYC process.
