Senior Assistant Manager

Clinic / Cosmetic Surgery & Hair Transplant Center

Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: 1 weekday off (not Saturday/Sunday)

Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate appointments, patient flow, consultations, procedures, and follow-ups.
Supervise front-office and support staff and ensure high-quality patient service.
Coordinate with doctors, surgeons, technicians, and other clinic team members.
Handle patient queries and ensure a professional and welcoming patient experience.
Support the management of cosmetic surgery and hair transplant procedures from consultation to post-procedure follow-up.
Maintain patient records, schedules, billing coordination, and daily operational reports.
Monitor clinic cleanliness, hygiene, inventory, and availability of required supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Assist in achieving clinic revenue and operational targets.




Handle escalations and resolve patient/staff issues professionally.
Ensure clinic policies, SOPs, and safety standards are followed.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in clinic, hospital, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, aesthetic, or hair transplant center management preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
Good knowledge of clinic operations and patient handling.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a quick-paced environment.
Skilled personality with a robust focus on patient satisfaction.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain reports and records.
Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team independently.
