Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Manager – Channel Sales & Business Development
to drive the expansion of our distribution network by onboarding:
Business Partners
Franchisees
IFAs
Insurance Advisors
Chartered Accountants
Wealth Managers




Financial Distributors
Corporate Associates

The ideal candidate should have solid relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in financial product distribution or channel sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners across North India.
Develop long-term relationships with franchisees, distributors, wealth advisors, IFAs, CAs, and financial consultants.
Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking events, and referrals.
Expand Nishtha Group's market presence in assigned territories.
Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Conduct regular meetings to understand partner requirements.
Provide product training and sales support.
Ensure partners achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
