nKey Responsibilities

Manage end-to-endF&B; operations for Promoters and UHNW guests.
N
Ensure world-class service standards and personalized guest experiences.
N
Plan and supervise daily dining operations, VVIP events, and special occasions.
N
Lead, train, and mentorthe F&B; service team to deliver luxury hospitality standards.
N
Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, procurement,



and other support teams for seamless operations.
N
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
N
Handle guest preferences, dietary requirements, and service protocols with discretion.
N
Monitor inventory and vendor coordination for smooth operations.
N
Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail always.

nEligibility:

N

n
Graduate in HotelManagement (Mandatory).
N
Minimum 12 – 14 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations with luxury hotels.
N
Proven experience in managing VVIP & UHNW client services is highly preferred
