Job Summary

Stock Market Kerala is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Academic Counsellor / Telecaller to join our team at our Nadakkavu, Calicut location.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining our stock market courses, handling enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and assisting students with the admission process.

Freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, academic counselling, inside sales, or customer handling will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course structure, duration, fees,



and perks clearly.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with interested leads regularly.
Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
Handle student queries and objections confidently.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly targets.
Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth student onboarding.
Maintain a professional relationship with students and prospects.

Requirements
+2 or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Freshers can apply.
6 months – 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Telecalling / telesales / academic counselling / inside sales experience will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and handling phone calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good Malay
