5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Solid expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules:
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
ITAM / SAM
IRM / GRC (preferred)
HRSD / CSM (positive to have)
Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and CMDB.
Robust understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.

Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM/ITOM/IRM, etc.)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform performance tuning.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Experience in global enterprise environments.
