nRoles & Responsibilities:

NClient and Media Relations:

N

Liaise daily withclients and media via telephone and email.
N
Build solid relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media.
N
Leverage existing mediarelationships and cultivate recent contacts within business and industry media.
N
Promote news stories and features to the media and sell them effectively.
N

nMonitoring and Research:

N● Monitor traditional andnew age media, including newspapers, journals, broadcasts, social media, and blogs, for client prospects.

NMarketing Coordination:

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
N
Explore and create opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
N

nEvent and CampaignManagement:

N

n
On-ground presence at events, including press conferences and promotional activities.
N
Prepare presentations,



campaign taglines, and interview responses.

nContent Creation and Documentation:

N● Research, write, and disseminate press releases to targeted media.

NCrisis Management:

N● Support seamless crisismanagement and troubleshooting.

NClient Relationship Management:

Ensure 100% client retention by delivering exceptional service.

Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.

nStrategic Planning:

Assist in creation of quarterly and annual brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals along with senior media consultants.

Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and offer relevant communication strategy recommendations.
N

nKnowledge Upkeep:

Maintain relationships and databases with key stakeholders.
N
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
