Job Details
Engineering Degree or Diploma in Automobile is preferred.
Experience in Lubricant/Automobile Industry
Knowledge about lubricant oils
Positive spoken and written communication
Follow up with leads
Responsible to build customer relationships at appropriate levels on the shop floor and other departments
Achieve month-wise sales objectives in his/her area Overall Volume Target, Range Selling Target,



reach and depth of Distribution target.
Educate customers on new products and customer / consumer benefits
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
